What makes your latest book an exciting read?
Radiant Bliss: A Transformative Yoga Journey for the Modern Soul isn’t just a yoga book—it’s a soul whisperer. It blends ancient yogic wisdom with the rawness of modern life, inviting readers into a living, breathing journey of self-remembrance. Through evocative storytelling, guided practices, and lyrical insights, it helps you feel—not just understand—the deeper meaning of yoga.

What makes it exciting is the intimacy of the voice and the universality of its message. It speaks to the seeker, the skeptic, the weary heart, and the wide-eyed dreamer. It doesn’t lecture. It holds your hand, looks you in the eye, and says: “Come home to yourself. You are already whole.”

What inspired you to write this book?
What inspired me to write Radiant Bliss was a lifelong devotion to the transformative power of yoga—not just as a practice, but as a way of being. Over the years, I witnessed how often modern yoga can drift from its deeper roots, becoming more about shapes and sequences than soulful awakening. I wanted to write the kind of book I wished I’d had as a younger seeker—one that could meet you in the messy, beautiful fullness of life, speak to the heart, and whisper, “You’re already whole. Come home to yourself.”

This book was born of early mornings on the mat, of heartbreaks transmuted through breath, of luminous moments in deep meditation. But more than anything, it was born of love—for the lineage, for the light, and for every soul seeking to remember their radiance.

How do you like to communicate with your readers?
How do you like to communicate with your readers?
To share Radiant Bliss: A Transformative Yoga Journey for the Modern Soul, I’ve chosen platforms that feel aligned with the soul of the book—those that foster connection, inspiration, and community. Instagram is a natural home for the book’s visual and lyrical essence; it’s where I share quote cards, reels, and glimpses of the sacred practices that fill its pages. Pinterest, with its evergreen nature and search-friendly format, allows me to reach readers looking for tools, rituals, and inspiration for a more mindful life. LinkedIn has been surprisingly powerful for deeper professional conversations and building bridges with yoga educators and wellness advocates.

I also share on my blog at radiantbliss.yoga, and use my newsletter to create a direct, heart-centered connection with readers. These platforms let me speak not just to the mind, but to the spirit of my audience—those who are walking their own transformative path and seeking guidance, clarity, or simply companionship on the journey.

What is different about your book compared to other books in your genre?
Radiant Bliss blends ancient yogic wisdom with modern soul-searching. It’s not just about poses or philosophy—it’s a transformative journey layered with myth, breath, reflection, and the lived experience of yoga as a path of awakening. Unlike many yoga books, it invites deep personal exploration and offers practices that touch both the spirit and the everyday self. It’s both a mirror and a map.

What are the words you live by?
“You are already what you seek.”

This truth echoes through every breath, every posture, every silence. I believe that within each of us is a spark of the divine, quietly waiting to be remembered. These words remind me not to chase perfection or enlightenment as something distant, but to soften into presence, to listen inward, and to live from the sacred space where wisdom and wonder already reside.

What is your favorite quote from your book?
“Your true nature is bliss.”
